Will be renting an apartment in Verona, as a hub to other Italian cities. Do you know which restaurants have Toilets without using stairs? What area in Verona provides easiest (less walking) access to Piazzas, restaurants, sites and bus?

Your question is far too broad to be answered. From my memory, the historic center of Verona is compact and fairly flat and the main thoroughfares are pedestrian only.

When is you trip? I will be there in July, and I'm happy to give you a report of my experience when I get home. This is my first trip to Verona, and I'm looking forward to seeing a new city in Italy!
