Verona vs. Padua vs. Chioggia

We have one last city to decide on on our trip! Between Ravenna and Venice, which of these three cities will be most pleasant in July?
Thanks!

Yes, please elaborate on what you are looking for, and how long you will have. I enjoyed Padua more than Verona, but both are very nice. The big difference is that Verona is very much on the tourist radar, and Padua isn't. And Padua has the Scrovegni Chapel - magical!

apples and oranges, isn't it. What do you want? Fresh fish, Veneto, riverside, mountains, flamingos, ancient bridge, archietecture, lonely hearts, ancient Roman buildings, fantastic art, shopping, ease of transport, shortest trip, most beautiful trip, boats, university crowd, ... I could go on ... ?? truly hard to advise with knowing what you would like to hear...

Chioggia is one of Italy's largest commercial fishing ports and while interesting to visit for a few hours as a break from Venice, would not lodge there.
