Is there a way to get from Verona (after the opera which will be like 11:00 pm) back to Brescia other than the train. I am not showing any trains available that late? Or is there a place I should look? FYI--July 2018

What day of the week? I checked Friday and Saturday, and I didn't find any late trains. You may need to investigate a one-day car rental. First, take a look at Rome2Rio.com. it shows several bus companies on that route. You'll need to go to the individual websites to check schedules.
I wonder whether there might be some sort of shuttle service offered late in the evening during opera season. Or you might consider BlaBlaCar.
