Verona restaurant suggestion?

Between Milan and Venice I’ll be spending one night in Verona a month from now. Offering a combination of warmth, value, and fewer tourists, I’ve found that smaller cities can be good place for great dining.

Any recommendations for Verona? Traditional or more contemporary. Budget isn’t a leading factor—I’m willing to fall off my wallet for a great meal and total dining experience. I’m staying in the center of the old town, but glad to wander out to neighborhoods.

Here's the names of where we enjoyed eating lunches while in Verona for 5 nights in September 2019 --- they were all very good, not expensive, and the kind of places we like.

Osteria il Ciottolo
La Taverna di Via Stella
Osteria Il Bertoldo
Trattoria La Molinara

See what you think.

We just returned a week ago from Italy, we were in Verona for 6 nights. First, we did love Verona, it was an easy to navigate (walkable and the buses are easy to use also), clean, safe with very friendly people and lovely historical sites.

Restaurants that we loved:
Dari Ristorante, old school, high quality, tasting menu or a la carte, our splurge of the trip
Santa Felicita, cool church converted to a restaurant, great charcuterie and pasta
Osteria Il Bertoldo, small, very friendly, amazing pasta and wine list, we were here on Valentine's Day
Symposio, great wine list, amarone risotto, charcuterie board, lots of wine by the glass

All were very friendly and accommodating even though we didn't speak Italian.
