My friend and I are doing a girl's trip to Italy this summer, mainly to trek in the Dolomites but we are ending our travel in Verona. A few years ago my husband and I were in Varenna in Lake Como and did a cooking class with Moreno and Rosella at Ristorante il Caminetto - this was the best class we have ever attended and I stumbled upon it through a random blog. It was in their restaurant in a small town just above Varenna and was more of a demonstration than anything, but we felt like we were part of Moreno's family. We went back twice for dinner and the restaurant was 30 minutes away - it was just that lovely.
My goal is to find something similar in Verona - maybe attached to a restaurant that is family owned. It can even be outside of the city. I know it is a long shot, but wanted to reach out to see if anyone had suggestions. Thanks for any suggestions and help!
