Verona/bolzano/torino local eats

Hello! I will be visiting italy for the third time this fall. I have been practicing my italian and am a huge foodie so i am looking for some local places to eat that have:locals dining, the italian(or german) menu , and away from the crowds. Does anyone have any suggestions on some great places that they have eaten in these areas ?

Thank you!

My favorite place in Verona is this place. I have eaten here four times, and each time it was divine! Just discovered this pizza place a few weeks ago. It is on my list to revisit! Buon appetito!

In Verona you might enjoy L’Orologio at Corso Porto Nuova 7. Very interesting and well prepared dishes and about 30 wines available by the glass. Fills up with locals so try to make a reservation. In Bolzano great meals at Wirsthaus Voegele. Try Pastificio Defilippis for terrific pastas in Torino. The fettuccine ai frutti di mare is outstanding especially if you love garlic.

Just returned from Verona- amazing food town. Osteria Al Duca is convivial, casual, reasonably-price, and very good. Try the pasta with donkey ragu (not kidding). For aperitivo on the street and light eats, try Osteria del Bugiardo (don't miss the Lo Spudorato sparkling wine). And for drinks before and/or after dinner, check out Zampieri (home brew, grappa, and wine are all good.)

Enjoy!
