Not sure how rapidly you walk or how much luggage you'll have, so I'd suggest taking a taxi. That's based upon having walked from the station to Piazza Bra and the reverse route with and without luggage. Your B&B is about twice the distance cited above. Go to googlemaps.com, type in the location of your B&B, and then move around to locate the train station. You can use good aerial views to judge the distance involved. Takes a bit of experimentation to get the hang of it, but it's great once you do. Don't think they have a street view.

I'd also suggest taking a Taxi, as with luggage that will be the easiest and quickest solution. It would probably help to have the name and address of the B&B written on a piece of paper to show the Taxi driver.

According to googlemaps, you can take a streetcar to your location with a short walk from the train station to the streetcar and a short walk from the closest stop to the B&B. Click on the streetcar icon to get the details.
