Trenitalia will not show schedules for regional trains that far out, but you can look at the same day of the week on an earlier date. It looks like on Sundays the earliest train will leave Vernazza at 6:24 and arrive at La Spezia at 6:44. If the train is on time you'll be fine.

It wouldn't hurt to have a plan b. We had to catch an early morning train from Monterosso to Naples so planned to take the earliest train from Vernazza to meet that connection. The later train looked like it would have been ok but we wanted to have lots of time. That earlier train did not show up and we ended up having to take the next one which got us into the station with only a few minutes to spare - luckily we had thought ahead and picked up our tickets the day before and did not have to stand in line. Everything worked out but only because we were prepared.
