We need to get to. Roma tuscolona station from Vernazza on Monday June 17 and the earlier the better . I am just seeing trains for 4.5 hours . Is there any quicker ways ? I see a train for 3.5 late at night but wanted the day there. I am search from la spezia centrale

What site are you looking at and what time are you trying to reach Rome?
thetrainline.com shows a train leaving La Slezia at 443AM and arrives Tuscolana at 928AM That looks to be the earliest arrival

Look at the Trenitalia website. There's a train departing Vernazza at 6:26am that gets you to Roma Tuscolana at 10:21am, so 3 hours 55 minutes of total travel time. It includes the direct Freccia train from La Spezia Centrale to Roma Tiburtina, which would be a comfortable early morning train ride. There are still Economy tickets available for 54,90 euro, although the Base fare is only 15,10 euro more.

Quickest way is dep Vernazza at 6:26 to La Spezia, change to Frecciargento train to Roma Tiburtina, then change to local train to Roma Tuscolana, arriving at 10:21.
