Hi All!
What would be the best/fastest way to get to Milan Central from Vernazza?
We have one night stay in Milan before heading up to Lake Como and would like to arrive at a decent hour.

The "best/fastest" way from Vernazza to Milan is by train. You can check the various travel options using the Trenitalia or bahn.de websites. I'd probably use a departure from Vernazza at 10:27, arriving Milano Centrale at 13:50 (time 3H:23M, one change in Monterosso, current fares listed at €20.80 PP).

DB schedules will cover Vernazza-Milano Centrale, but for the route from Milano Centrale to Varenna on Lake Como (1 hour, runs every 2 hours), use either Trenitalia or www.trenord.it.
