What contact methods have you tried so far?
One thing to keep in mind is that many of the tourist-related businesses in the Cinque Terre will be closed for the season now, so it will probably take longer to get a reply.

I have emailed to [email protected], which was in Rick's book. I did think that maybe she is on holiday for the winter.
