Can you suggest a place that is quiet, maybe a view, and around 100 E or less?

Thats a good price! It looks good on the web site but I had heard from someone else that it was so noisy they couldn't sleep. Have you ever stayed there before or heard of this complaint?

On second thought, I don't think this is the one I had heard was noisy.

It looks good- thanks for the tip!

Room Martina in Vernazza is noisy but any room on the harbor will probably be noisy IF the people are down at the bar until 2:00 AM. But, you give up sleep if you want a view of the harbor. There are LOTS of other places that have a view from above the town.
Room Martina also does NOT have breakfast or change of towels if that is what you are looking for.

I stayed at the Charming Room owned by Maria Capelli in Nov 2007 and will return again there this year. It has a harbour view and the amazing church which is lit up at night. I stayed there for 4 days and did get a change of towels. It has a fridge and Marie will provide a electric burner is you want to keep breakfast items but there are lots of places for coffee and breakfast in the village nearby.

I didn't find it particularly noisy at night but I was there in a quiet time. It is right on the walkway to the breakwater and you hear people walking by. The gelato shop next door sets out a bench during the day and if you are in the room, it is a little strange to hear people sitting right outside your window talking and if you have your window open then there is a chance that smokers will blow their smoke in your window,
