Vernazza or Corniglia

We're visiting Cinque Terre next month and are trying to decide between Vernazza or Corniglia. We are interested in seeing the locals deliver their produce to the outdoor market on Tuesday. Any suggestions?

Anyplace where you can find accommodations to your liking. You can reach all other villages by train in minutes via very frequent trains. Monterosso, being a bit bigger, probably has the most options. Just know that Corniglia is not at sea level, it's on top of a steep hill and to reach the station you need to take the shuttle bus or walk quite a few stairs.

Corniglia is less crowded and has broader views, but in neither town will you see local produce of any significance. The steep terrain is devoted almost exclusively to grapes.
