Vernazza budget accomodations suggestions

Wondering if anyone has suggestions for budget accomodations in Vernazza. The specifics would be:clean, a great view and as affordable as possible (I am not sure exactly what to expect for price, but would be open to people's experiences of high season prices).

We would love it if there was a balcony available for use even if it not attached to the room (looking at pics on trip advisor it looks like some b&b's have common area balconys). Also view from the room is not essential as long as there is somewhere like a balcony to enjoy the view from.

I'm not sure what your budget is, but I can highly recommend renting a room from Martina Callo. (also in The Ricky) My husband and I stayed in room #3 and it had a great view from a private rooftop balcony. We even hung up our laundry to dry on the line like the locals! Relaxed on the balcony every night and drank wine. The room is small, but clean and has a mini-fridge. Nice "americans-style" shower too with a real shower door that closes! I have seen good reviews on Trip advisor, too. The cost in August 2005 was about 70 euro. www.roomartina.com. Have fun!
