I am having troubles finding a B&B in a central location in Vernazza that has positive reviews. Can anyone recommend a place that they recently stayed?

Pretty much anything is central in Vernazza.
We stayed at the Hotel Gianni Franzi. It was pretty good, except it was at the top of 200 stairs. It was cheap as well, and we had a view from our balcony of the sea.

I've stayed in Martina's Rooms which is right on the main harbor. we had a room with a great view. There are lots of stairs but it is a great location. Rooms are very clean.
