In an article entailing information about the Venice private water taxis, operated by Motoscafi, that:
“If you're handicapped (but are able to get in and out of a water taxi), you're entitled to a 20-percent fare reduction”
Is this true? If so, wouldn’t I have to buy the vouchers in person at the airport, vs. online?
