I will be leaving Venice from Treviso at 8:20 tomorrow morning. I am close to the Arsenale stop and from the online timetable it looks as though the earliest water bus arrives at that stop at 4:48 a.m. I couldn't get the timetable to pull up in English and was hoping someone could confirm whether or not these times are just for weekdays or include weekends since I will be leaving tomorrow (on a Saturday)! If the Vaporetto doesn't come that early I guess I will just have to walk to Piazzale Roma!

Yes, the No 1 boat schedule is daily. If you want an earlier start, you can walk up to San Zaccaria (Danieli) and get the "N" boat at 17 and and 47 past the hour going to Piazzale Roma. 4:17 is the last one.

It is a bit late now, but the N also stops at Giardini which might have been closer. 5 minutes earlier.
