Here's the deal. I've purchased Alilaguna and ACTV vouchers ahead of our arrival in two weeks. I've gotten a voucher for my wife and myself, and both have the same PNR. I have a few questions about how this works. When at Marco Polo we convert our vouchers to tickets, what happens? Do we get individual tickets or a single one good for both of us? How does one accomplish this on the machines there? And, how do we successfully validate our ticket(s) there on the jetty, to get on a boat?
I have contacted them via their email support, and it has been a while now with no answers.

You exchange the voucher for tickets. You will each get one your own to tap into the machine, or put through the turnstile which some docks have.

Same response as Lola. Just got back from Venice and used the Vaporetto often. Super easy. Enjoy!
