Hi, thanks for any help, it's very appreciated ! We need to be at Marco Polo airport in Venice, by 0430 am on a Saturday. I haven't been able to find anything that runs that early, even on Viator. Also, how lengthy a process is it getting out of Marco Polo ? We will be going to Frankfurt for our connecting flight. Again, many thanks !

We had the exact same situation a couple of weeks ago. Our concierge took care of making the arrangements, but you can easily do it yourself if you will be at a location without a concierge -- it was simply a private water taxi. It cost us $125, and they were very prompt, waiting on us as soon as we came down with our luggage. I was really worried about the early hour, but I think there are always early flights and they are very accustomed to doing this on a regular basis. Enjoy your trip!

Thanks very much ! I've emailed the hotel, but haven't yet heard back from them. I was hoping for a way that wasn't that expensive.

Where are you staying in Venice?
Also, if you're flight departs at 07:30, you would only need to be at the airport 2 hours prior, as it's in inter-Schengen flight.

Leave the day before and spend the night near/in the Airport and then roll out of bed onto the plane...Have done this in Rome and Frankfurt to make the travel day home less taxing

I second John's ( " Seattel" ??) idea to stay as near the airport as possible and lower your expense and anxiety level.
Just leave Venice as late as possible to get to an airport friendly hotel. Once you close your eyes and go to sleep it really doesn't matter where the bed is, until the morning when you need to catch your flight.
