Depends on where your hotel is:
If near Station/Piazzale Roma, probably ACTV bus (to Piazzale Roma) or regular taxi Water Taxi is another option, if your hotel is somewhere far from the station. However it's expensive (100-120 euro for up to 8 people). Alilaguna boats are another option. Cheaper than water taxi but they make stops only in certain locations (go to the alilaguna website)
