We are travelling from Venice to Vernazza in June/July and have two nights in between. We are looking for a small, quiet town where we can enjoy a lake/river and possibly some bike riding, sipping espresso in a piazza (ok that pretty much describes any Italian town...). Any suggestions that are easy to get to from our train route from Venice to Vernazza?
