Is the only way to obtain tickets for the Secret Itineraries Tour at Doge's Palace is to do so online? The days we will be in Venice, the online site shows no availability for the English tours. The French and Italian speaking tours are wide open. I was wondering if anyone knows if you can secure tickets the day of or day before from the ticket office onsite. Thanks!

The website includes this phone number for bookings +39 041 42730892. Call during Italian opening hours from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm. Saturday, from 9 am to 2 pm. Closed on Sundays and holidays.
The tours are small groups, and only 3 per day and it's pretty popular, so maybe they are indeed sold out for the next 4-5 weeks. Or maybe it's just a glitch in their system.
