I want to purchase passes for the "Museums of San Marco" which includes Doges Palace, on the museum website which leads you to VivaTicket. I chose this because they have a great family discount. If anyone has purchased these tickets from Vivaticket, how do you get the tickets? Do you have to wait on line at the Palace or do they email them to you? When we are ready to use them for the Dge Palace do we have to wait on the long line? Thanks!
