Venice-Relics of St Lucy

A friend of mine as if I could visit the relics of St Lucy which are supposed to be located in the Church of St Jerome and Lucy in Venice on her behalf. My trip to Italy did not include Venice but I am willing to take this large detour on her behalf. I read that the church was broken into a few years ago and the relics were taken. They were recovered but the article did not say whether they were returned to the church. The church's website did not offer information as to whether the relics are in the church. I know there are relics in Sicily but a trip there is not possible. Any help would be appreciated.

The best reference I could find on-line I think is here:
https://www.santuariodilucia.it/en/project/saint-lucy/
and it includes good photos of what I believe is her reliquary.

I also found Trip Advisor threads from as recently as 2019 talking about the church:
https://www.tripadvisor.co.nz/Attraction_Review-g187870-d3211435-Reviews-Chiesa_dei_Santi_Geremia_e_Lucia-Venice_Veneto.html

The remains were stolen and "ransomed" in 1981 so anything more recent than that is the post-kidnapping normal.

The church is on a piazza very close to the train station so it would be an easy walk as soon as you arrive, but Venice is amazing so I encourage you to spend some time in the city even it is a detour.

Hope that helps,
