Venice Photo Tour Sept 21-24

I am thinking of booking a photo tour with Marco Secchi and would like to share the expense with someone else on Sept 21, 22, 23, or 24, 2013 depending on his availability and yours. My email is jwoods@cwlpub.com.

Hi John...I booked a photo tour with Marco for the end of August. I wish we were going to be there the same time to share the expense. I've heard great things about Marco & can't wait for our tour. Have a great trip!

Hi John. We had our tour with Marco Secchi about 1.5 weeks ago and we enjoyed it. It was supposed to be a 6-hr tour (3 hrs in the am & 3 hrs in the pm) but the forecast was threatening rain so we only did 3-4 hrs with him in the morning. I really liked Marco and found him to be very gracious and kind. He tailored the tour to what we wanted. He gave us some good photographic suggestions which have proved helpful during the remainder of our trip. He is also a wealth of knowledge about Venice so we got some really interesting tidbits of history and information along with his photographic expertise. If you are still able to book him for your trip, I would go for it. I know it's a lot of money but I think it was worth it. Have a great trip.

We did a photo tour with Marco Secchi the morning after we arrived in mid August, and it was the highlight of our trip! Marco is a wealth of knowledge and we got some amazing pictures. So I suggest you book that tour right away. He works for a large company and takes vacation days to lead these tours, because he is so passionate about Venice and enjoys sharing his knowledge. He also marked on our map, places to have lunch and dinner. He took us to his favorite place for coffee with the locals. Every time we took a good picture after our tour we would say, "Marco would be proud!" This tour really is one of the top things to do in Venice, just as Trip Advisor says! I would highly recommend this tour even if you are not crazy about photography, we saw so much and learned a great deal. And Venice is a totally different city at 7 in the morning than it is at 2 in the afternoon! Enjoy!

We will be in Venice Sept 10-15th. Anyone interested in sharing a Marco photo tour? How many people can join one tour? Cost?
Thanks, Kim
