Has anyone been to the Palace of the Ca'Rezzonico, which is on the Grand Canal in Venice ? If so, how did you get there and did you enjoy the museum?
Thanks.

It has a vaporetto dock right next to it. The No 1 boat stops there, and the stop is named (go figure) Ca' Rezzonico. And yes it is an interesting look at the interior of a typical Venetian Palazzo with mostly period antique furniture, paintings, and art objects.
Yep, what Sam said. If you think you'd find it interesting based on what you've read, then you probably will. And BTW, it's just Ca'Rezzonico. The Ca' is Venetian dialact, short for Casa. Ca'Rezzonico means Rezzonico House, so you wouldn't call it the Palace of the Ca'Rezzonico any more than you would refer to the White House as the Palace of the White House.
Have a great time in Venice. There's no other place like it on the planet.
I was there in October. One of our friends didn't have a vaparetto pass and we were at a stop that didn't have a ticket machine. We were close to the academia bridge so we walked and sure enough we got lost. But we asked some locals for a directions and found a nice enotecca on our way that we stopped in.
We enjoyed Ca'Rezzonico. The top floor is a museum with pictures that we just glanced at due to time. I liked the other floors better and the period furniture. One thing that you really don't need is the audio guide. We got it but halfway thru we stopped it. It was long narations in each room on the guide. Each room did have cards you can pick off a stand and read as you walk around the room, and drop back on the stand. The voice on the audio guide was bland and nothing to really keep you interested like Rick's audio guides. I would forgo the audio guide and just read the room cards in each room.
If you do visit Ca' Rezzonico, be sure to take a peak out of the windows on one of the upper floors; the views are beautiful & the guard allowed us to open the curtains and take some pictures. Those pictures are among my favorites!
Ca'Rezzonico is on the combines ticket to the civic museums, which also includes the Doges Palace and some others. It is worth buying so it does not cost extra to see these other museums.
