Venice on Easter Monday 2018

Easter Monday 2018 falls on Monday 4/2.

Thinking about traveling to Venice, arriving on Easter Sunday (flying into Venice on Easter Sunday).

We'll be too tired to do anything on Sunday, but was wondering if there will be many closures or problems on the Monday after Easter.

What is Venice like near the Easter Holiday?

Super crowded. We were there a year ago Holy Saturday to Easter Monday and it was too crowded for me. More so than I had experienced in July but maybe that was my imagination.
