We were in Italy 3 years ago and are planning to go again in 2010. Previous I ordered our tickets on line .In Rick Steves 2009 book there is no mention about ordering these on line. We also had to pick the tickets up outside the train station in Venice. Is this still the case? Also, can we just pick them up when we get there? We are seniors so on stop shopping is our motto.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can use VeniceConnected.com for this now. There is a pick up at the train station.
