Arriving from Florence by train in Venice. Staying two nights. Flying out of Marco Polo. Is there any facility to leave luggage at/near the train station and only take one bag into Venice?

Just did exactly what you're talking about doing and it worked like a champ. Drove to the Marco Polo airport two days before our scheduled departure and dropped off four bags. The location is on the far left side of the bottom level. Cost is 4.5 euros per bag per day....sure beats hauling it around on the vaporettas and in the city. One caution: They are not 24 hrs.; they open at 5 AM.
