Hey there, While in Venice in '05, my wife and I fell in love with the "real Venice" east of the Basilica and Palace (I think that this is the Castello neighborhood). Well, we're going back in May with our 1 year old daughter and we'd love to stay here. The listings in Rick's book ( residenza, alberto doni, etc.) are all booked when we'll be there. Does anyone have any recommendations on staying in this area? We have 2 nights before flying back to the States at 6:50am (painful, I know). Thanks.
