Venice hotels family of four

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a Venice hotel that has a quadruple room for a family of four. NO SOFA beds. We hate those. So hard to find in Europe. Most of them say “one queen and two twins or sofa bed” so we can’t be sure.

Second question. We will be in Venice two nights total before catching a very early flight the last morning back to the states. Which would you do, stay both nights on the island and get a water taxi at 4:00 am to the airport, or stay the first night on the island, have the hotel hold luggage the next day while touring, then after dinner go to a hotel like the Marriott courtyard right near the airport for the second night so we can be closer for our flight?

I would do the second option. That's what we did.

It's not a hotel, but we stayed here, in the Valentine Suite, and it would fit a family of four, if the two kids can share a bed. We loved it. It's in the San Marco area, but on a smaller, "side" canal, so it is quiet at night. (The bed in the second bedroom, which they call an "attic" but which is really only a step up from the rest of the apartment, is big enough for two adults, but has a very, very low ceiling above it.)
