Venice hotel: Alloggi Barbaria or Alloggi Gerotto Calderan?

I found the Alloggi Barbaria for 75E and Alloggi Gerotto Calderan for 70E for a small double room ensuite with A/C in August. They are located in different areas so I was wondering if anyone had advice for which was better located or recommendations for which was a nicer place.
