Venice hotel

Anyone stayed at Locanda Casa Querini recommended by RS? I'm looking for clean and safe hotel for me, hubby, and two tall teens. Hotel Flora has a nice suite with 4 beds, but Casa Querini is less money.

I can’t speak to Casa Querini but I can recommend Hotel Flora. We spent a week there in 2018 and loved the location (quiet), comfortable rooms, “secret garden” to enjoy the best breakfast. All baked goods are made on the premises. Short walking distance to the sites. The hotel is family owned and their warm hospitality made it a memorable stay. I still receive their newsletter and am happy to know they survived the pandemic.

Hotel Flora was quiet and remote in spite of being near over crowded San Marco.
We usually book apartments in Cannaregio but this one time enjoyed Hotel Flora.

We booked Palazzo O'Doni in 2021 and had to cancel but rebooked for May 2022 and they were so kind as to keep there prices the same. It is close to Piazza Roma as we need to catch and early train. It has very good reviews and is reasonable.

Suki, who do you use to book apartments in Venice? Views on Venice?
