Has anyone been in Venice during the Annual Regatta Storica in early September? If so, your impressions of the event? We plan to be there this September during the event. Looks like an added bonus to our stay. Thank you.

We went to the Sept Regatta four years ago. We enjoyed being there to see the neighborhoods competing with various boat categories. The traditional highly decorated ones made some gorgeous photos! Also, we liked seeing how the Grand Canal turned into a busy “highway” afterwards since we had a boat in the Seattle area at the time - organized chaos!
