Definitely Alessandro Schezzini (schezzini.it). Although I hope he is still in business because the website appears to be down.

Nobody loves Venice food and wine like Alessandro. The most fun food tour we've ever had.

We had a group of six and did the Savor Italy Food and Wine Tour (www.savoritalytours.com) and we all had a great time! My husband and I took this tour several years ago on our first night in Venice and it took us to places we never would have found on our own and we went back to a couple places while there. We try to plan something for our first night so we don’t give in to the jet lag and this tour is so much fun that you don’t even think about jet lag!
