Hi If you have done this tour and have any tips or ideas to share it would be greatly appreciated. Grazie!
Julie, Please browse through tour alumni scrapbooks. The scrapbooks will provide you with lots of information about the tour, the hotels, meals and what participants did during their free time.

An excellent RST of Italy's 'Big 3' and comfortably paced with 3 nights in each distinctive and fascinating city. Peruse as much information on this site regarding any and all topics relating to European travel, loads of great stuff here. Arrive early and stay late, try to pack light and organized, have comfortable footwear options, research free time activities and prepare to be flexible/optimistic/adaptable to conditions. Don't fret over the occasional pay toilet, have extra tissue/seat covers on you, always take hotel card/map offered at front desk. Take a photo of the day's itinerary at breakfast. Opt for the house vino, be as effusive/dramatic with your Italian pronunciations as possible and expect to have a wonderful time. Buon viaggio!
