Are there vendors who will cook the seafood you purchase at the market?

No, there are not. But along Raga Vechio San Giovani /Rughetta del Ravano you will find places doing street food, including sea food. Quality? Can’t comment.

On my visit there last year (almost exactly one year ago) I only saw vendors for raw seafood.
