I'm looking for jewelry stores in Venice near the Rialto Bridge or the Frari Church that sell Venetian Jewelry. I won't have time on this trip to go to Murano. Thanks

You can't possibly walk 10 feet without running into a souvenir / jewelry shop on the Rialto Birdge. There will be ZERO problem for you to find all of the Venetian Jewelry you could ever hope for.

Rialto 79. Just off the bridge. Bought a beautiful necklace there in August. They did not have the length in the color I wanted, the owner asked if I could wait about 20 minutes. I assumed he was having it brought from their other location but a few minutes later his sister got there and she made the necklace in the length and color I wanted while I waited. Best souvenir!

Same experience as Mary, but in Burano. My sister loved a set of earrings but wanted something added (can't remember what). Owner asked if we could wait and adapted the earrings on the spot.

Be aware that most souvenirs and jewelry are not made in Venice or even Italy but brought in by container from China. If you can go somewhere where it is actually made in front of you - like mentioned above - you will know what you are getting. And if it is glass look for the Murano Mark.
