Ok, is anyone else having trouble getting this to work? I get all the way to the 'verification' page - have tried both email and phone. Finally got email to show up and then get this error when I input the code (all three times I tried):
An error occurred in the verification of the OTP code.
error.validation.email.not.match
But my email 'double check' did match, or I would not have received the code. Help!
I have seen posts for others on different forums struggling with the same issue. It seems to work well for some and is troubling for others. Maybe change browsers?
And if changing browsers doesn't work, try changing devices (PC, tablet, smartphone).
I see no reason why this would be a factor, but every now and then someone solves a European website problem by changing the time zone on a phone or tablet to match the European location. It wouldn't hurt to try that.
If you still have a bit of time before you arrive in Venice, I'd try to chill out for a while. This may well be a website bug, and it could be fixed at any point.
