Take the train to Venice S. Lucia station, then a vaporetto to the San Zaccharia stop. Your accommodations will have detailed instructions on their website, under "location".

Alternatively, take a bus (coach) to the Venice Tronchetto bus stop, then the vaporetto.

You can buy your vaporetto pass at kiosk just outside train station right in front if the docks
(consider a multi day pass as single release des are expensive)
