We went ahead and purchased our tickets on line. Problem arose one hour after we said to charge our Visa account. We realized we had put in 03/10/2010 instead of 04/10/2010. We wrote back immediately and requested a change. We have even called their phone number and still no response from them. It has been a week and we were told on the phone that we should hear in two days, it has been a week, so we are calling our Visa to cancel our purchase. Has anyone dealt with this before.
