Venice Combo Museum ticket

I would like to do the Secret Passages/Itinerary tour at Doge Palace - costs EUR 20. If I also like to visit Correr Museum under the combo ticket, will I have to purchase separate the combo ticket and Secret Itinerary tour ie pay EUR 40 ?
