Venice Clock tower tour..plus Correr...question

We have tickets for a clock tower tour next week. The website says this:

Holders of the ticket for the Clock Tower get free admission to the Museo Correr, the Museo Archeologico Nazionale and the Monumental Rooms of the Biblioteca Marciana.

Question...can we visit the Correr anytime with our clock tower ticket or do we have to have our tour first before using the tickets for additional museums?

We went through the museum during the afternoon after the morning clock tower tour, but I think you can do them in either order. For the clock tower tour two years ago, we met the tour guide at the entrance of Museo Correr - not sure if that's still their method.

We have done this 2x now and same as Jean said. Enjoy the tour as it is great!
