Has anyone had experience with the Venice Card? Which is the best value for 3 days? And is it worth it? Does it make navigating Venice easier? Any suggestions would help us make this decison. Thanx!

i read (rick steves, probably) that a venice card was not really worth it, in his opinion. i am planning on getting a "rolling venice card" and a waterbus pass (can't remember the name at the moment). the rolling card gives you, apparently, lots of worthwhile discounts.
