VENICE - Best combined tickets/passes

Good day all -- we are a family with a twelve year old and will be spending four days in Venice in early July. The key sights we are planning to see are St. Marks, Doge's Palace, Rialto Bridge, Frari Church, Scuola San Rocco, Campanile, as well as Murano and Burano. When we visit the Doge's Palace, we'd like to do so on the "Secret Itinerary" tour. Is there a good combination ticket that will encompass most of these? I note that the Secret Itinerary is cheaper when combined with other tickets. Also, does it make sense to purchase a Vaporetto pass good for a few days as we'll be staying on Murano? Thoughts and suggestions are greatly appreciated!

If you are staying on Murano, you will need a vaporetto pass, otherwise it will be like being in jail, especially if you want to see everything on your list.

You can pair the Secret Itineraries tour with a visit to the Clock Tower for discounts on both tickets. Clock Tower tours are limited to groups of 12; the view of San Marco and beyond are spectacular! You can take both tours on the same day, with a lunch break between. Reserve and purchase tickets soon; print the ticket voucher at home and present at the Doges Palace for that tour and at the Correr Museum for the Clock Tower tour.

Definitely purchase vaporetto passes!

A less-crowded alternative to the Campanile at San Marco is San Giorgio Maggiore. Easy to access with your vaporetto pass:).

Edited to add: You can reserve online a time to visit St. Mark's. I haven't visited in the summer, but from what I understand you will endure the crowds much better with reservations for the busiest sites.

Thanks for the advice received thus far -- can someone provide details on the Vaporetto pass? Given we are there four days should we buy a week pass? Also, is there a discount for our 12 year old? Thanks!
