Venice B&Bs:Corte Campana, Casa Rezzonico, Dimora Marciana, Ca Valeri

I don't know if I'm agonizing too much but I only have two days in Venice and I want to experience the best of it! I'm down to these b&bs, did my research and they're comparatively priced, great reviews (ranked in tripadvisor in this order), rooms have a more "old Venice" feel in ca Valeri, and casa Rezzonico (and only one with canal view but small). All seem to be a short walk from the vaporetto stop, all except Rezzonico are 5-10 away from st marks square, Rezzonico 20 mins walk. Location is very important to us because we only have a day and a half, arriving afternoon via St Lucia train station, then full day, then leaving early morning the next day via Airport. Does anyone have any recommendation on these places and can you tell me more about their neighborhood/surroundings and which one would be more romantic? We will be celebrating our 10th anniv. Thank you so much!! Thanks for the input! Here it goes:

You might get more responses if you post links so people can easily see the hotels you mention. Donna

Thanks for the input! Here it goes:
http://www.cortecampana.com/?lang=en&act=home http://www.casarezzonico.it/rooms.html http://www.dimoramarciana.com/ http://www.locandacavaleri.com/en/index.htm Lacorte is fully booked so doesn't matter. I also want to correct, pictures on rooms look better for Dimora and Ca Valeri, the rest ore nice enough. I guess what I am trying to find out is what anyone feels (if they've been to any of these or if they are familiar with neighborhoods) is the best choice as far as location/immediate neighborhood, romantic/old world ambiance, and while I did my research on proximity to vaporettos and such, I'd appreciate any input on that. We are arriving at St Lucia by train and leaving via Airport, and from my research it seems the boat stops for boat are pretty accessible, but you never know when the information is accurate. Thank you!

Tina, unless you get some specific negative feedback about one of them, I suggest you stop agonizing and picknthe one you like the best from the photos and reviews. Which one seems to have the right look and ambiance for you? I am usually all about location, location, location, but not so much in Venice. As long as you stay away from the train station area, it's all good. Some might have specific wishes like a balcony on the Grand Canal, a view of the bacino, overlooking a campo, an entrance off a side canal, etc., but as far as neighborhoods go it is simply a matter of personal preference. Venice is very small and walkable and no place is very far from anyplace else, once you find your way. I tried to look at the locations on Tripadvisor but for some reason the location map function does not show up on my Mac. On the iPad only Casa Rezzonico showed a location. I like that one---located in Dorsoduro on a small canal, and it appears fairly close to Rialto Market which is a " must see" in the morning. But that is just me and my taste. I can't compare to the locations of the others, as I don't have time to go to each individual website.

They are all in good areas. I guess you must decide how close you want to be to St. Marks. We stayed in the area of Rezzonico and liked it because it was very quiet and we could walk everywhere. It did take us a little while to get to St. Marks but that was fine with us as we weren't in a hurry and enjoyed exploring. I think you should just pick the one you feel is the best fit for you. Donna
