Can you tell me how to get from the Venice airport to Verona?
Thanks.
Assuming you mean the Marco Polo airport, a look at the website http://www.veniceairport.it/en/transport/train.html gives you the connections to the nearby railway stations of Mestre and Venice, where you can pick up a train to Verona. For the train schedules you need the website of the Italian railways http://www.trenitalia.com/tcom-en (don't forget to use the Italian original »Venezia«).
Also explore taking the bus from the airport to Padova and catching the train there. If you decide to go via Venice, take the bus to Mestre. You'll add time and cost if you go to Venezia Santa Lucia and backtrack. Trains from Santa Lucia stop at both Mestre and Padova on the way to Verona.
Thanks this is new for me since I usually fly to Rome.
Thank you for asking this question, as I will be doing this in May. I would never have considered those other options.
I agree with Frank and suggest a bus from Marco Polo to either Mestre or Padova, and then train to Verona.
Check which has the closest bus stop to the train station.
