Is right under 2 hours enough time before your flight if checking in a bag. I would like to take the first airport bus at 4:20am from Piazzale Roma. Flight departs at 6:30am. Air Dolomiti to Munich, onward to U.S.
I’m a 5 minute walk to the Piazzale Roma.
For a domestic flight (which this is), this fine.
I've used the 04:20 bus on multiple occasions for flights departing between 06:10 and 06:30. Have always made it to the gate with a bit of time to spare.
I had plenty of time. I was through security at 5am. I had the wrong bus ticket, 2 different airport buses. I had to pay $10 again but not a huge deal.
Man, there is no way I could get myself up and out that early! I’d be up all night!

At 4:20am, it can be confusing. Express Marco Polo bus parked next to Treviso bus. In addition, there is another Marco Polo bus, think this one may stop twice before the airport.
Safe bet is to follow the crowd of people, most are getting on Marco Polo express bus. Very prompt.
