Staying at hotel ala, vaporetto stop Giglio. What's the best way to get to the airport for a 7:30 am flight? Thanks

Per that hotel's website, take the Alilaguna boat:
http://www.hotelala.it/comeRaggiungerci.htm You only need to arrive at the airport by about 6:15 unless your plane goes nonstop from Venice to the US.

As I see it, you have 4 options. These are weekday (not Sunday or holiday) schedules. 1. Take the first No 1 boat of the day from Giglio at 4:40 am, arriving Piazzale Roma at 5:14 am then take the No 5 bus at 5:43 am gets to the airport at 6:16 am. 2. Need more time? Walk to San Samuele and get the 4:08 am N boat to P. Roma at 4:30 am then take the No 5 bus at 4:35 am gets to the airport at 5:08 am. 3. Walk to San Marco Giardinetta and get the 4:50 am Alilaguna B boat gets to the airport at 6:07 am.
3. Spring for a water taxi.
