La Laventina in cannaregio near san marcuola casino boat stop
one small bridge to go over. has privacy gate then, walk to front door with a big patio with table chairs out front then also along side of house. 2 beds/1 bath, washer, kitchen, living room, canal in back to see workers and pleasure boats go by. we loved this place, short walk to shops/restaurants and the train station.

few years back we stayed in west studio with frari church behind, small elevator, owners are very great to work with, was able to leave luggage before check in, in san polo area and close to san toma boat stop. restaurants/shops/piazzas around. you will have to email/send message to them about rooms on their website, they do have a few to pick from.
i do like the first airbnb you listed. looks similar to the one we stayed at with long pathway to front, was so nice, nobody can see you or enter and enjoy the courtyard
have you been to venice? it is small and so many places to explore, get "lost", zigging instead of zagging, dead ends to canals and turning around for another alley. have patience, it happens all the time. enjoy just roaming around.
have you made a list of what to see?

we also did a private taxi prosecco tour up in the gorgeous hills and vineyards of prosecco road, tasting local made prosecco along the way and had a yummy lunch at a small family owned restaurant in a small village. train about 30 minutes away, local born driver meets us and away we go. great tour, drive/guide and fun day.
